
It has come to our attention that the Android app is not displaying the text for our faithful app customers. Our app developer thinks it might have something to do with the latest update to Android 9.
Our CEO has an Android phone that he purchased prior to the Android 9 OS update and the app is running smoothly even after he upgraded to Android 9.
If you have not purchased the app, download the app first, and then upgrade to Android 9. If you upgrade to Android 9 and then purchase the app, the text will not appear.
The problem seems to be with those who have purchased an Android phone that is pre-loaded with the Android 9 OS. It seems the OS is not recognizing the database.
Our app developer is looking for a solution to the problem.

UPDATE TO THE APP:
Please follow the instructions below if you are not seeing the text displaying on your phone:
- Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications
- Select cepher then storage
- Press Clear Cache and Clear Storage
- Go back to the cepher app and Force Stop then Uninstall (you may try it without this step to see if it will correct)
- If you follow step 4 then:
- Reinstall the app. You shouldn’t need to reset anything
- If you skip step 4 then:
- Open the app and go to home > settings
- Click the RESET NOTES button, NOT reset scriptures
- Close the app completely
- Reopen the app
