The account of this story is recorded in Cepher Bere'shiyth, Cepher Yovheliym, and Cepher Yashar. Each account presents the story from a unique perspective.  We see this concept in the Besor'oth (Gospels) in which one gospel account will tell the same story from a different angle from the other gospel accounts.
