Mount Sinai Question

the question is why is it written in Acts that moses was given the laws by the angel (1 angel) and not by god of abraham or the creator or heavenly father, most high :

35 “This Moses, whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’—this man God sent as both ruler and redeemer by the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush. 36 This man led them out, performing wonders and signs in Egypt and at the Red Sea and in the wilderness for forty years. 37 This is the Moses who said to the Israelites, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers.’ 38 This is the one who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the angel who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our fathers. He received living oracles to give to us.

both kjv and other bibles say exact same word , "angel" , so i was wondering what is the reasonable or logical explanation behind this

i am not a christian nor satanist , nor atheist , i am just lost in all this trying to see what is not true and what is

Much of scripture is only understood through the spiritual discernment that comes from the indwelling of the RUACH HA'QODESH/Holy Spirit which is imparted to those who put their faith and trust in YAHUSHA/(Jesus) the Messiah.

It can be difficult to conceptualize many concepts that speak of a spiritual dimension that we cannot experience with our "natural" senses.
Also, we are reading a translation of another language which can sometimes confuse the actual meaning of a word or phrase. When you put "angel" into it's context it means "messenger" and describes the function or purpose of a being rather than it's substance.
In other words, the "messenger" (angel) is what the person does, not who the person is.
The scripture you cited from Acts 7:35 is a reference of Exodus 3:2.
I hope this helps you put things a bit more into context, God's Peace, <><
